If you find a lower advertised price on a comparable bed within 30 days of your Natural Bed Store purchase, let us know, and we will refund 110 percent of the price difference. Buyer’s regret can be a nightmare, but with the Natural Bed Store’s Best Price Guarantee, you can rest easy knowing you have paid the best price for the best all-natural sleep.
Our natural mattresses are each built-to-order at our factory in Lincoln, Nebraska. Because of each bed’s high level of customization, we do not believe it is fair or possible to publish our prices online. Instead, we ask that you call one of our Natual Sleep Specialists so that we can offer you the best price on a bed built just for you and your sleep needs. We will meet any other retailer’s advertised prices, but we will not stop there.
Sleep Better Promise
Finding the right bed should be done in the privacy of your own home, not in a high-pressure showroom. When you order a sleep system from the Natural Bed Store, we want you to put it through the same paces you do your current mattress for 100 days.*
After you place an order with one of our Sleep Specialists, we will custom build your new Heaven and Earth, or Rainforest mattress and ship it to your home. We ask you to sleep on it for 90 nights to give your body time to adjust to the new natural materials. At the end of the 100 days, if your new Natural Bed mattress does not meet your expectations, your Natural Sleep Specialist will help you with a layer exchange of latex, to find the right comfort level for you. With a Rainforest or Meadow mattress, you only pay shipping for the exchanged layer. With a Heaven and Earth mattress you pay nothing. We have never had customers we could not get comfortable as long as they allowed us to work with them.
If you are not comfortable with your Natural Bed mattress at the end of the 100-day “Test Rest” period and choose to return the mattress(es), you’ll pay only the shipping and $75.00 processing fee. Foundations, adjustable bases, pillows and toppers are non-returnable. Packaging materials are available at a charge, and promotional items included with purchases will be valued at current prices and are not refundable. Home delivery packing materials are removed for your convenience. If you prefer to keep the packing materials after the home delivery, please make arrangements with the delivery service.
Returns are promptly processed and refunds are made within 30 days of receipt of returned mattress.
This in-home trial period does not apply to Bedding such as mattress pads, pillows, pillow-tops, sheets, comforters, foundations and adjustable foundations. These items are covered by our Customer Care Warranty.
